In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "neo4d", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the neo4d platform at https://neo4d.bet and all associated services.
• "Platform" means the neo4d website, mobile web interface, and all products and services accessible through https://neo4d.bet, including the sportsbook, live casino, slots lobby, poker tournament schedule, and all related tools and features.
• "You", "User", "Player", "Member" refers to any individual who accesses the Platform, registers an account, or places a wager on neo4d.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player on the Platform, including the associated IDR wallet.
• "Wallet" means the internal IDR balance held within a Player's Account and available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any financial stake placed by a Player on any sporting event, casino game, lottery product, or other betting market offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other non-cash incentive allocated to a Player's Account by neo4d.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before a Player may make withdrawals or access certain account features.
• "IDR" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency in which the neo4d Platform operates. All wallet balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in IDR.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), which is neo4d's default reference time zone for operating hours, settlement schedules, and promotional deadlines unless otherwise stated.
• "Terms" means these Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time.

To register an Account and use the neo4d Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. neo4d strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement and will not knowingly permit any individual under the age of 21 to register, deposit, wager, or withdraw on the Platform.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia. Access to neo4d is intended for Indonesian residents. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law do so at their own risk and legal responsibility.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You must not be subject to any legal order, guardianship arrangement, or restriction that would prevent you from entering into agreements of this nature.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion period on neo4d or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of neo4d, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must be acting on your own behalf. Opening an account on behalf of a third party or allowing a third party to operate your account is strictly prohibited.

neo4d reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, or permanent account closure. Winnings generated while a Player was ineligible may be voided.

Registration on neo4d is free of charge. To open an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information in all required fields, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian mobile number, email address, and preferred bank or e-wallet details for withdrawals.

One Account Per Person: Each individual may register and operate only one Account on neo4d. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, same device, same IP address, same payment method, or any combination thereof — are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, neo4d reserves the right to close all but one account, void any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts, and withhold any winnings generated while the duplicate rule was in breach.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passcodes with any other person. neo4d will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact neo4d support immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

Account Closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting neo4d customer support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your nominated bank account or e-wallet after standard KYC verification, provided no outstanding wagering requirements or pending investigations apply.

neo4d is required to verify the identity and age of all Players before processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, before processing deposits above defined thresholds. This process is referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

You may be requested to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk) or passport.
• A recent bank statement or screenshot of your e-wallet account showing your full name and account number, confirming that your withdrawal destination matches the registered account holder.
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document, if requested by the neo4d compliance team.

Documents must be legible, unexpired, and clearly showing all required details. KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission during standard WIB business hours. neo4d reserves the right to extend this period if additional review is required.

Withdrawals will be held pending successful KYC completion. neo4d will not be liable for any delay in withdrawal processing that results from a Player's failure to provide complete and accurate KYC documentation promptly.

Currency: All transactions on neo4d are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). neo4d does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency. No currency conversion fees are charged by neo4d on any deposit or withdrawal.

Supported Payment Methods: neo4d currently supports the following payment channels for both deposits and withdrawals: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and OCBC NISP bank transfers; and OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja e-wallet transfers. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Wallet.

Deposit Processing: Deposits made via Indonesian e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited to your Wallet in real time. Deposits via bank transfer are typically credited within 5–15 minutes during standard banking hours. Delays during public holidays or scheduled bank maintenance windows may occur and are outside neo4d's control.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered in your neo4d Account. For security purposes, withdrawals may only be made to payment methods in the account holder's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. E-wallet withdrawals are typically settled in under five minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are typically settled within minutes during WIB operating hours (08:00–22:00 WIB) on standard business days.

Withdrawal Restrictions: neo4d reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or compliance with applicable regulatory obligations. Players will be informed of any hold placed on a withdrawal and the reason therefor, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Deposit Funds: Funds deposited into your neo4d Wallet may only be used for wagering on the neo4d Platform. neo4d is not a bank, and the Wallet is not a savings or investment account. Deposited funds earn no interest.

neo4d offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible products, minimum odds, and time limit are published with each promotion.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each Player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. neo4d reserves the right to void bonus credits and associated winnings where a bonus is claimed multiple times through duplicate accounts or other circumvention methods.
• Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses may be restricted to Players who have completed KYC verification, made a minimum qualifying deposit, or met other eligibility conditions as stated in the promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus credits and free bets that are not used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Player's Account automatically.
• Right to Modify or Withdraw: neo4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any change does not affect a bonus that a Player has already activated and is in the process of meeting the wagering requirements for.
• Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse any bonus or promotional offer — including through arbitrage betting, low-risk wager strategies designed to convert bonus funds, or collusion — will result in immediate voiding of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

Acceptance of Wagers: All wagers are accepted at neo4d's sole discretion. neo4d reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any wager for any reason, including but not limited to suspected irregular betting patterns, technical errors in odds, or market integrity concerns.

Odds and Prices: Odds displayed on the neo4d sportsbook are subject to change at any time before a wager is confirmed. The odds applicable to a wager are those confirmed at the time of bet placement, as shown on the bet receipt issued to the Player. neo4d does not guarantee that displayed odds will remain available for any duration.

Void Bets: A wager may be declared void if: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum required play time has elapsed; the wager was accepted due to a manifest error in odds or market data; or the outcome of the event has been determined to be affected by match-fixing, corruption, or other irregular activity as determined by the relevant governing body or neo4d's internal integrity team.

Live Betting: In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time without notice during the course of an event. Wagers placed during any temporary suspension will be voided. It is the Player's responsibility to confirm that their wager has been accepted before an in-play market is suspended.

Casino and Slots: All casino games, live dealer tables, and slot titles on neo4d use certified random number generation (RNG). Game rules, payout tables, and RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published by the respective game providers and are available within each game's help or information section. neo4d does not have access to modify provider-side game mechanics or RNG systems.

Disconnections: In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game round or slot spin, neo4d's server-side records will be used to determine the outcome of the round. Players are advised to maintain a stable internet connection before commencing a game session.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the neo4d Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of wallet balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or a different name, identity, device, or payment method.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your Account on your behalf.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place wagers, exploit promotions, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports integrity violation.
• Colluding with other Players in poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game environment.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings arising from exploited errors will be voided.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Charging back or disputing legitimate transactions through your bank or e-wallet provider without first contacting neo4d support to resolve the matter.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of neo4d.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neo4d's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Wallet in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

neo4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other economic loss arising from:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof.
• Any error, delay, or inaccuracy in the transmission of data or information through the Platform.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any loss or corruption of data stored on our servers, to the extent that reasonable backup and recovery procedures have been maintained.
• Events beyond neo4d's reasonable control, including natural disasters, telecommunications failures, acts of government, or other force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit neo4d's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

neo4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, neo4d will provide notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Your continued use of the neo4d Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 3 above.

neo4d operates under an international online gaming licence and is subject to the rules and regulations of its licensing jurisdiction. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the licensing jurisdiction, to the extent consistent with the protection of Players' rights under applicable Indonesian consumer protection principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the competent arbitration body in the licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or declaratory relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent imminent and irreparable harm.

neo4d makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction other than as described in Section 2 (Eligibility). Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction of residence.
